New applications are typically reviewed within 0-48 hours, Monday - Friday 9:00am - 5:00pm.We reply to event specific support tickets, emails and FB messages up to 3pm on Event day.
New applications are reviewed until 3pm on event day.

If you didn't receive the password reset email, please contact us via our Facebook page. We will do our very best to assist you here, however, we will be unable to provide any membership details without account verification. If you are unable to provide a copy of your gov't ID to match what was provided when you attended your first party, you will need to re-apply.
