Standard Response Times

Support tickets, emails and FB messages are generally responded to within 0-48 hours, Monday - Friday 9:00am - 5:00pm.

New applications are typically reviewed within 0-48 hours, Monday - Friday 9:00am - 5:00pm.

Event Day Response Times

We reply to event specific support tickets, emails and FB messages up to 3pm on Event day.
New applications are reviewed until 3pm on event day.

**Please DO NOT show up at the door on event night without an approved membership and ticket. Anyone without an approved membership and ticket will be denied entry as your membership and ticket is tied to our privacy policy, terms and conditions and consent culture manifesto in place to protect the community as a whole.**

If you can't find the answer your question in our FAQs, please LOGIN to your account then create a support ticket. This is the fastest and most reliable way to reach us - GUARANTEED

2. On the main navigation, select "Help Centre"
3. Select "FAQs & Tech Support"
4. Create your support ticket


**Please DO NOT message an Eden admin on their individual Facebook or the website accounts with support questions. These accounts are personal and we want to have some fun too.**

 

Existing Members - can't Login

Step I

Request a Password Reset Email. If you don't receive the email, it's likely that your ISP has blocked it. Try adding clubeden@clubeden.ca as a contact in your safe sender list within your email settings and request a password reset email again.

Step II

If you didn't receive the password reset email, please contact us via our Facebook page. We will do our very best to assist you here, however, we will be unable to provide any membership details without account verification. If you are unable to provide a copy of your gov't ID to match what was provided when you attended your first party, you will need to re-apply.
