Events, classes and memberships

Membership fees are non-refundable.  You can cancel your membership subscription/renewal at any time by sending a support ticket from your member account.

Event and Workshop tickets are non-refundable.   A credit will be given provided that notification is received prior to the start time of the event or workshop.  

No-shows are non-refundable.

Exceptions may be considered on a case by case basis. 

Stock Events

Tickets to Edenstock and SkEDENstock are non-refundable, however, you are welcome to transfer them to another "approved Eden member" up to 48 hours prior to the event.  To transfer your tickets to another approved member, send us an email or give us a call with the details.  We need to know the first names and Eden email address of the transferee(s).  Along with your approval to transfer your tickets.

Products

Most items purchased from Club Eden may be exchanged or returned within 15 business days from the date order is shipped. The merchandise must be in new condition, with all tags attached, and in its original packaging. To return an item for exchange, please send the item freight pre-paid and, for your protection, insured.
 

Holiday Return Policy:

We recognize that an extended Return Policy is required for Christmas and Valentine's Day, traditional gift giving holidays. Items purchased, therefore, from November 1st through December 24th may be returned up to 15 days after Christmas Day. Similarly, items purchased from January 1st through February 13th may be returned up to 15 days after Valentine's Day. All other terms for returns apply.

Please note: for health reasons, we do not exchange panties, bikinis, g-string, thongs, or similar intimate items so please select these items with care. Costumes holiday novelty wear are not returnable.
